RAI Cloud ("we", "us", or "our") operates the RAI Cloud mobile application, reseller portal, and website (collectively, the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, phone number, and WhatsApp Business account details when you register or use our services.
We use the collected information to provide, maintain, and improve our services, send notifications, process transactions, and respond to your requests.
Our service integrates with the WhatsApp Business API via Meta. By connecting your WhatsApp Business account, you agree to Meta's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We do not store your WhatsApp messages beyond what is necessary to provide our service. Businesses using RAI Cloud to message their own customers are responsible for obtaining proper consent (opt-in) before sending messages, and must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy at all times — see our Terms of Service.
RAI Cloud's AI Agent feature uses third-party AI providers (including Google's Gemini API) to generate automatic replies to customer messages on behalf of a connected business. When this feature is active, the relevant message text is sent to the AI provider for the sole purpose of generating a response, and is handled under that provider's own privacy terms. Businesses can disable the AI Agent at any time from within the app.
If you join RAI Cloud's Reseller Program, we collect additional verification information to confirm your identity and enable commission payouts, including your CNIC number, images of your CNIC (front and back), and a live selfie captured through the app. This information is used exclusively for identity verification and fraud prevention, is stored securely, and is not shared with third parties except where required for payout processing or by law. KYC records are retained for as long as your reseller account remains active and for any additional period required to meet financial record-keeping obligations.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
We may use third-party services such as Meta (Facebook/WhatsApp), Google (Gemini AI, Firebase), and payment processors (including JazzCash). These services have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data.
Our website and web-based panels may use essential cookies and local browser storage to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time — see Data Deletion Instructions.
Our Service is intended for business use and is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
