The terms that govern your use of RAI Cloud.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RAI Cloud's mobile app, reseller portal, admin panel and website (collectively, the "Service"), operated by RAI Cloud ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
RAI Cloud provides a WhatsApp Business CRM platform built on Meta's official WhatsApp Business Cloud API, including a shared inbox, broadcast campaigns, message templates, product catalog, AI Agent auto-replies, keyword-based bot replies, team management, contacts/CRM, analytics, and a reseller/partner program. We also offer app, web, and AI development services.
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business whose WhatsApp number you connect to the Service.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy. In particular, you must:
Violation of Meta's messaging policies by your business is your responsibility and may result in your WhatsApp number being restricted by Meta and/or your RAI Cloud account being suspended.
Certain features require a paid subscription plan. Fees, plan limits, and accepted payment methods (including JazzCash and other supported local payment methods) are shown in the app at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew according to the billing cycle you select unless cancelled beforehand. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds and cancellations.
If you join the RAI Cloud Reseller Program, additional terms apply: commissions are calculated per the rates shown in your reseller dashboard, identity verification (KYC) is required before any withdrawal can be processed, and commissions only become payable once a referred client meets the qualification criteria shown in the app. We may adjust commission rates or program terms with notice.
The AI Agent and bot-reply features generate automated responses on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing and configuring these features appropriately for your business; RAI Cloud is not liable for the content of AI-generated replies sent under your account.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by RAI Cloud and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your own business data, content, and customer information.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time — see our Data Deletion Instructions. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, Meta's policies, or applicable law.
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAI Cloud is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including disruptions caused by third-party platforms such as Meta/WhatsApp.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
